The building is at the foot of the Collins Street Bridge. The Fox Classic Car Collection consists of approximately 130 vehicles. It is a remarkable Australian collection. Up to 80 vehicles are exhibited at any one time. The collection includes Bentleys, Ferraris, Jaguars, Porsches, Rolls-Royces and a number of Mercedes Benz, including the 1937 Mercedes 540K Cabriolet B that was formerly owned by the German Ambassador to London prior to the outbreak of World War II. The Queen’s Warehouse building is itself a building of interest. At present our collection includes approx 300 antique vehicles. The oldest vehicle is a US TITAN tractor from 1895. The oldest lorry, a Mercedes from 1913. And among the passenger cars is a FIAT of 1919. The exhibits include passenger cars, lorries, buses, airplanes, perambulators, bicycles, motorcycles and also operating tanks. At present reconstruction works are carried out on several dozens of vehicles, including the famous Polish 7TP tank and the reconnoitring TKS tank. A real rarity is the ZIS convertible of J. There are several Stanley Steamers, including a 1915 Stanley Steamer 12 Passenger Mountain Wagon. The Crawford Collection of historic vehicles was donated to the Western Reserve Historical Society in 1963. Prior to that, the collection was privately owned by TRW, Inc. and was housed in the Thompson Products Auto Album. Since the donation of the original Collection the Crawford Auto Aviation Museum has grown and increased our dynamic collection to an outstanding documentation of auto and aviation history.
